EXPERIENCE: ASML Wilton, CTNov 2015 - Present ELECTRICAL
ENGINEER: Designed power and signal distribution circuits/PCBs conforming to
NFPA standards for industrial photolithography systems. Ran hardware
verification, created test procedures and hardware. Worked independently to
design signal conditioning and power distribution circuitry. Led a team
effort to retrofit existing photolithography units with upgraded sensors,
conduct acceptance testing, and implement design improvements. U.S. Army Armament
Research, Development & Engineering CenterPicatinny Arsenal, NJ June 2015 - Nov. 2015
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER:
Designed small form factor telemetry circuits for high g environments. This
included simulation, schematic capture, prototyping, acceptance testing, and
troubleshooting analog & digital sensor circuits down to the component
level along with full system integration on devices to be fielded. Worked
independently to design and implement signal conditioning circuitry on
existing telemetry units resulting in increased measurement precision. Worked
in a team environment to design, prototype, and field a small form factor PCB
health monitoring system allowing us to better diagnose PCB failure modes. Boeing Defense,
Space, & SecurityBerkeley, MOJan. 2013 - Aug. 2014 EE SYSTEMS DESIGN
ENGINEER: Designed and tested avionics including vehicle management systems,
and fiber optic Ethernet data link. Created test procedures, hardware,
software, and ran unit verification, acceptance testing, and system
integration. Worked independently to create a test system for a MIL-STD-1553
to Ethernet data processing unit resulting in advance delivery of aircraft
upgrades. Worked in a team environment across disciplines to debug and
improve product performance through software & hardware analysis and
prototyping, resulting in improvements to reliability, data rate, and power consumption. Tervela Inc.Acton,

ENGINEERING INTERN: Worked with Apache Hadoop to investigate and develop
distributed computing applications for high throughput real time asynchronous
data processing. UNDERGRADUATE ENGINEERING
EXPERIENCE: ECE 492, Autonomous
River Robot Design Project, Lafayette CollegeEaston, PAJan. 2012 - May 2012 LEAD OPTICAL SENSOR
SYSTEM DESIGNER: Led the design, fabrication, and testing of an infrared
light tracking and navigation system for an autonomous jet propelled river
robot used for water quality measurements. System consists of a
turret-mounted photodetector, an omnidirectional IR beacon, along with PCBs
with analog and digital circuitry. The photo-detector tracks via a feedback
control loop tracking the beacon's angular position. Lafayette College
Excel ResearchEaston, PAMay 2011 - Dec. 2011 LEAD SOFTWARE
ENGINEER: Led development of a tablet-based app on both the iOS and Android
platforms for the geology department with an interdisciplinary team of
student researchers. Led group meetings to implement and edit design ideas.
Developed prototypes and iterated to release versions for software deployment
and maintenance. Final product is currently on Apple's App Store and in use
by Lafayette College's Geology department and its collaborators. ECE 491, Wi-Fi
Communications Board Design Project, Lafayette CollegeEaston, PAFall 2011 TEAM LEADER: Led
design of a FPGA based Wi-Fi like wireless communications board that
interfaces with a PC via RS-232. Developed firmware in Verilog to coordinate
sending, receiving, and error correction based on IEEE 802.3 Ethernet
standard, created self-checking test benches for simulation, and hardware
verification on the Xilinx Spartan-3E FPGA. |
